Booking Terms
Cancellation terms:
You may cancel the transaction within 14 days of making it (excluding the transaction date itself), or within 14 days of receiving the contract/disclosure form, whichever is later, provided there are more than seven non-rest days before the service date. The cancellation fee is 5% of the transaction or NIS 100, whichever is lower.
Cancellation seven days or fewer before arrival incurs a fee of 100% of the booking cost.
Cancellation must be sent in writing to Sales@bikta.net or WhatsApp +972-79-6986998, stating the booking number and the booker's name. Other notices will not be accepted.
General terms
A deposit by credit card or in cash is required until check-out.
Entering debit card details when booking may result in cancellation without prior notice.
Pets are not permitted at the hotel. The guest count in the booking is binding; each additional guest is charged according to the price list.
Room allocation is at the hotel's discretion. Website photos are illustrative; rooms in the same category may differ.
Loud music in rooms and the use of amplification equipment of any kind are prohibited.
Smoking is prohibited in rooms, corridors and other hotel areas. Smoking on balconies is permitted only with the balcony door closed.
Facilities and discounts provided to registered guests are personal and may not be transferred to people who are not Tiberia Hotel guests without prior hotel approval.
Parking
Hotel parking is free!
Spaces are limited; places cannot be reserved and parking is not guaranteed.
Please park within the markings to maximise the number of vehicles accommodated. Do not park in an accessible parking space without entitlement.
Free parking is available in the surrounding area.
Observe all parking restrictions. The hotel is not responsible for traffic or parking fines.
A charging point is available at a reduced fee for hotel guests. Do not leave a vehicle parked in front of the charging point.
